National Security Projects
CPS has provided support to the United States National Security
domain since inception in 2002 and possesses extensive
qualifications providing Information Technology and Logistics
Support within the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. CPS
provides a variety of services for the USTRANSCOM transportation
and logistics community, and currently provides Operations and
Sustainment services on the Surface Deployment and Distribution
Command (SDDC) Defense Personal Property System (DPS),
Transportation Operational Personal Property Standard System (TOPS)
Operations and Maintenance Services (OMSS), Defense Table of
Distances (DTOD), Integrated Booking System (IBS) and the SDDC
Systems Response Center (SRC) programs. CPS provides systems,
network and applications sustainment support for multiple globally
deployed enterprise class logistics and health care systems, to
include the support for Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS), Government
off-the-shelf (GOTS) and custom applications across disparate
technology environments. CPS has also provided full scale
infrastructure support and information assurance services for the
US Army at Fort Campbell, KY and is currently similarly engaged at
Fort Huachuca, AZ. Other customers include the US Air Force Surgeon
General, and the Defense Manpower Data Center.

CPS provides expert life-cycle
software development and technical support on the Defense Personal
Property System (DPS) Program, which integrated roughly twenty
disparate legacy government systems and databases into a single
J2EE based system. CPS architected the baseline DPS system, and
designed and developed the DPS external systems interfaces, costing
and electronic invoicing module, shipment management module, rate
reasonableness module, and best value scoring module within DPS.
The CPS developed modules provide core web based user interfaces as
well as core business services to the DPS system, which run within
the context of the CPS developed Enterprise Service Bus, which
provides the Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform services
for DPS.

CPS provides software application engineering, system
administration, and maintenance services to the Defense Table of
Official Distances (DTOD) program office. CPS services include:
Operations, integration and maintenance support of the DTOD Web
software applications, COTS product and other software and data
extracts developed to support system interfaces; Operations and
maintenance of the DTOD development and test servers; Technical
support for systems interfaced with DTOD, including assistance in
developing interface agreements and technical guidance in
implementing the interfaces; Recommend and implement product
improvements to the DTOD Web site and interfacing system
applications that enable customers to become more self sufficient
and streamline operations and/or reduce costs.

Complete Professional Services, Inc. (CPS), as a subcontractor
