FFIEC InfoBase Maintenance

CPS has been working with the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) since April 2009 to provide support services for the FDIC FFIEC Information Technology Examination Handbook InfoBase. Specific assignments include revision to the Retail Payment Systems IT Examination Handbook Booklet, the Supervision of Technology Service Providers (TSP) IT Examination Handbook Booklet, and the Fedline IT Examination Handbook Booklets.

Our support has included Web site maintenance, and the development of online Flash-based training materials for the IT examiners. Technologies utilized include HTML, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Adobe Captivate. Our successful track record with the FFIEC has resulted in the award of follow on work to redesign the InfoBase platform.
