General Benefits: Competitive Salaries,

Paid Time Off: CPS employees are offered
Vacation, Sick, and Personal Leave based on the number of years
employed. CPS recognizes 10 paid Holidays during the calendar
year.

provides a comprehensive Group Insurance Plan that offers a choice
of HMO or PPO medical plans.
Flexible Spending Programs: CPS provides a Flex
Spending Account (FSA) for employees who wish to make pre-tax

Continued Education: CPS offers training
reimbursement for approved training and Tuition Reimbursement up to
$4,000 for approved coursed for college credit.
