Paid Time Off: CPS employees are offered Vacation, Sick, and Personal Leave based on the number of years employed. CPS recognizes 10 paid Holidays during the calendar year.

Continued Education: CPS offers training reimbursement for approved training and Tuition Reimbursement up to $4,000 for approved coursed for college credit.
